1) BRICS, SCO.
2) India is a major trade partner/market with trade having a lot of potential.
3) It would not wanna open a front with India when it attacks Taiwan.
But yes, we can expect border skirmishes in future. In 2017 and 2020 we handled the situation without any external help and we can do the same in future.
Edit- Building military capability and improving border infrastructure should "always" remain in our focus.

By the way, India is not a defenceless country, and is extremely capable of taking care of themselves, despite being a mostly peace loving nation, uninterested in global conflicts.
